PHILOSOPHY

We make sure that we give back to the patch of nature that we are allowed to cultivate at least as much as it gives to us. Organic viticulture is a matter of course for us.
In the vineyard, we work with full manual effort and try to help the vines to reach their full potential on their own. The loving manual effort is particularly noticeable in the strong, resilient vines that can withstand weather conditions and disease pressure. This enables us to reduce biological plant protection in the vineyard to a minimum.

It is important to us to highlight the terroir, reflect the strengths of the region, our location and the individuality of our vines and to bring this into the bottle. This is why we do not use pure yeasts or fining agents. We let our wines ferment spontaneously and want to accompany them in the cellar and not dominate them. Through careful preparatory work and the right timing, it is possible to avoid fining and excessive interventions during vinification. Through this and sufficient time to rest and mature, our wines should develop into independent, authentic and characterful wines.

We are convinced that this is the right path for us and we look forward to developing together with our wines.

We want to incorporate our values not only in the vineyard and the cellar, but also in the design of our labels. As in the vineyard, we rely on handcrafting our labels. They are designed and drawn by us with a lot of love and all have a little message.

We want to bring you art in and on the bottle.
